Curvexia — the Institutional State Layer
Curvexia is an AI- and machine-learning-driven platform that formalises recognition of structural instability for derivatives workflows. It publishes a time-stamped institutional operating state that supports earlier, accountable governance decisions inside regulated environments.
Decision-grade institutional state
Markets can transition structurally while platforms remain “within limits.” Curvexia helps institutions declare an operating state earlier; aligning desks and governance with condition-aware context. This is decision intelligence, not automation.
- Time-stamped state declaration suitable for governance use
- Condition-aware context for risk posture and escalation timing
- Integrity indicators per output (visibility when confidence degrades)
- Explainability suitable for oversight review
- Audit-ready traceability by design
How Curvexia works
Curvexia ingests data already authorised inside the client environment, runs an ML state engine over it, and emits a time-stamped, audit-trailed institutional state with rationale. The full pipeline runs inside the client perimeter — there is no shared inference and no data externalisation.
- Client systems (positions, risk, P&L)
- Bloomberg / LSEG / ICE
- Exchange & venue feeds
- Internal market & reference data
- Regime & structural-transition detection
- Condition-aware feature pipelines
- Integrity & drift monitoring
- State classification (Stable → Heightened → Escalated)
- Time-stamped state declaration
- Explainable rationale per change
- Immutable audit log entry
- Desk & oversight notification
All stages run inside the client's VPC, on-prem, or sovereign environment. No pooled inference across institutions. No mandatory data externalisation.
Curvexia is shared in depth via private institutional walkthrough, including representative transitions, state timelines, rationale views, integrity signals, and audit formats.
Representative product views
The public views below are non-sensitive representations of the Curvexia operating surface: state declaration, rationale, audit logging, deployment topology, and pilot workflow.
Runs in the client's selected region, VPC/VNet, sovereign environment, or on-prem estate. No pooled inference across institutions.
- Workflow selection
- Authorised data mapping
- Shadow-state evaluation
- Governance review
Built for accountable deployment
Human oversight
Curvexia provides analysis and governance-grade context. Investment decisions and accountability remain fully human, under desk and oversight processes.
- Analysis-only outputs
- Clear accountability boundaries
- Designed for review and challenge
Private deployment posture
- Deployed inside client-controlled environments
- Runs within client infrastructure and controls
- No pooled inference across institutions
Governance-first outputs
Explainability, provenance, and auditability are not add-ons. Curvexia is designed to be evaluated, approved, and operated inside institutional governance processes.
- Traceability per state change and output
- Rationale designed for oversight review
- Monitoring aligned to model risk expectations
Integrity under structural transition
- Structural instability is surfaced explicitly, not inferred silently.
- Output integrity is assessed continuously as conditions evolve.
- Degraded confidence states are exposed to users, not masked.
- State changes are time-stamped for governance traceability.
Operational scope
- Decision intelligence only — no execution
- Human-in-the-loop by design
- Outputs built for oversight, review, and challenge
- Clear separation between analysis and action
- Operates within institutional controls
Clear boundaries
Curvexia is a governance-grade intelligence layer for derivatives workflows, not an execution venue or trading system. The boundary is deliberate.
Out of scope
- Trade execution or order routing
- Automated investment decisions
- Buy/sell recommendations
Non-negotiables
- No pooled client data across institutions
- No mandatory data externalisation
- No opaque automation without oversight
Commercial model
Curvexia is licensed as institutional platform software, not consumed as shared SaaS. Annual platform licence, deployed inside the client's VPC, with all desks and seats included.
Deployment strategy
Curvexia is deployed inside client-controlled environments and integrates with existing systems. There is no shared platform across institutions. Deployments are available for institutional clients globally, subject to sanctions and regulatory screening, in client-selected regions, clouds, or on-prem environments.
